Best practices, associations, agreements, and social programs are important to consider when assessing gender equality. In addition, NGOs of various levels, from local to international, and the summits they organize play an important role.
Certainly, it is also important to involve individuals and businesses (Carli, 2020). Companies and their employees can bring important insights into the real position of women in the corporate world, while friends and colleagues will share their experiences and opinions.
Reflect Gender Identity
Reflection will primarily include journaling on insights, lectures, and readings, talking to mates, professionals, and classmates, and thinking through different aspects of the problem. Definitely, reflection on gender equality is an important element towards change and a conscious approach to the issue. It helps to avoid anxiety and adequately assess facts and existing reality.
Share Gender Identity
Finally, there is a wide range of instruments that would help share insights and ideas about the issue of gender equality. The list includes but is not limited to social media and blogs, workshops and seminars, podcasts and discussions. It is important to remember that gender inequality is familiar even to the most economically developed countries, but this problem is most acute in developing countries. According to Shannon et al. (2019), 143 countries guaranteed equality between men and women in their constitutions, but another 52 countries have yet to take this step. That is why it is important to involve as many as possible different tools for information dissemination.
