Thanks to this technique, Amazon has expanded rapidly.

Sears has been unsuccessful because it is overly focused on providing services like repairs and installation and selling appliances and equipment (Birkinbine & Bilić, 2022). Amazon is a prosperous business focused on these three factors: happy customers; cutting-edge technology; and new ideas (Topleva & Prokopov, 2020). Amazon’s success may be attributed to its dedication to its customers and the breadth of its product and service offerings.
